Rental App + ROE = Listing Opportunities
Create Listing Opportunities with Denver Rental Application + ROE Brady Mullen, Chris Lopez, Andy Rhodes, Kevin Green
How can you take advantage of current events to create more listing opportunities? The Denver Rental License requirement and huge increase in Return on Equity both present a unique opportunity for agents to educate, add value, and generate listings, all while making clients more money with fewer headaches!

The world is constantly changing, and each change presents a unique opportunity to harness the power of current events to grow your business.  Build trust and add value for your clients by tapping into trends and explaining or helping your clients navigate them.  Right now, there are two current events that create listing opportunities for investor clients. The first is the Denver Rental License requirement for all landlords that can be confusing. Plus, the phenomenal Return on Equity (ROE) property owners are seeing in their homes provides a huge opportunity.

Starting last year, the city of Denver began requiring all landlords to apply for a license and pass an inspection.  For clients who are overwhelmed by the process, Andy Rhodes of Colorado Complete Inspections (CCI) is making the inspection process as easy as possible.  But for some landlords, this process may seem too arduous and have them consider selling.

While the appreciation party we’ve been enjoying the past few years is over, that doesn’t mean clients can’t benefit from selling their properties. Brady Mullen of the Green Team investor-friendly lenders knows many homeowners are sitting on a huge mound of equity they can tap into by selling or leveraging to supercharge their returns.  Understanding how to look at real estate portfolios holistically and identify opportunities to improve them provides tremendous value to clients and gives their agents repeat business.

Check out the webinar to learn more about how these concepts create listing opportunities. You’ll also see how our exclusive Property Llama software allows agents to analyze their clients’ portfolios and run scenarios that show how they can optimize their performance.
