Denver Rental License: Everything You Need to Know!
Denver Rental License Webinar: Your Ultimate Guide to Passing with Chris Lopez and Andy Rhodes
Are you struggling to understand the new Denver Rental License requirements? Learn from the team that’s completed almost 4000 inspections in the last 7 months!

The Denver Rental License program launched last year, requiring all Denver landlords to apply for a license and get their properties inspected.  Landlords for single family homes have until the end of this year to fulfill the requirements, but so far very few people have done it.  This process has spurred a lot of confusion and misinformation, so we brought in Andy Rhodes of Colorado Complete Inspections (CCI) to talk about the program, walk you through the process, and answer your questions.

Last year, CCI completed 4,000 inspections—they’re experts on the process and a great resource.  Check out the webinar to get all of the information and reach out to CCI for your inspection.  If you schedule an inspection with them by July 31st, you’ll get $25 off the $195. That’s the cost of the rental license application fee!  You can also hire them to do your home inspection on a new property and they’ll include the rental inspection for free if you mention Chris Lopez.  Reach out to them at [email protected] for more details.
