Charles and I talk with Travis and David who are Denver investors. A couple of months ago, Charles helped them buy an investment property. We asked them to come onto the show to share some details. They purchased a 2/2 condo on Florida Ave that’s between Havana St and Parker Rd. It’s a few miles north of the Cherry Creek State Park.
