A few months ago I realized that I did not have a written plan pertaining to my goals and real estate investing strategy. And I’m a big believer in writing goals! So I decided to write out my goals and then use it to kick off our investing strategies series so I could get other people to share theirs. I’ve been really pleased with the results so far. I’ve learned a lot from others and have had many great conversations.

But goals and strategies are not static things that you write once and then set it and forget it.
