Podcast #12: MLS vs Wholesale Deal in Denver

Hard money lender and investor Justin Cooper joined us for our October roundup webinar. We dissect two buy and hold deals from around Denver. The first deal is one that Charles Roberts helped a client purchase off the MLS. The second deal is a wholesale deal that Justin was very interested in, but didn’t get it because another investor offered $5,000 more and was willing to buy the property sight unseen.

It was a really interesting discussion because both are solid deals, but from different sources.
