Podcast #10: House Hacking in Denver

This podcast episode is all about house hacking around Denver. The format is different from the ones that we’ve done so far. Rather than being one interview, it’s actually a series of short interviews. The first part is Charles Roberts and I discuss the basics of Denver house hacking. Then the next interview is with a local lender, Joe Massey, to discuss financing options. The final interview segment is with a local property manager, Marc Cunningham.

This episode will kick off a new series that dives into house hacking. Future episodes will feature house hackers who have used it to launch their investing career.

Also, we just published the Denver house hacking guide on our website. It’s a detailed guide that will be updated with future content and case studies.
