House Hack Mastermind #2

This is the second podcast of our new series tailored towards Denver investors interested in house hacking. The idea behind this series is chatting with local investors that are either on their first house hack, in the process of closing on their first house hack, or currently working with our team in search of their first house hack.

This is the second podcast of our new series tailored towards Denver investors interested in house hacking. The idea behind this series is chatting with local investors that are either on their first house hack, in the process of closing on their first house hack, or currently working with our team in search of their first house hack.

Use this as a platform to virtually network and find mentors who you can bounce ideas off of and learn from.

We will be doing these House Hack Masterminds once a month, so if you would like to be a guest on a future episode or submit a question, reach out to Ben Einspahr – [email protected].

Jeff Monteleone and Christina Como

  • We have been renting in Denver for 6-7 years and purchased our first house hack in June of 2020. We purchased a 3 bed/3bath townhome and are renting to 2 tenants, one long-term and one medium-term in a furnished room.
