In this podcast, I interview Austin Allan. In January 2020, we helped him buy his first house in Aurora, CO. Recently we featured his room by room house hack in a deal analysis podcast.
I originally recorded this interview to release as part of the Ultimate House Hacking Guide for Denver podcast series and book. After talking with Austin, it was obvious that getting the interview out ASAP was better since he discussed renting out individual rooms as the pandemic started happening.
