One of my biggest goals for 2021 is to expand Envision Advisors into commercial real estate.  As I’ve mentioned in previous podcasts, we have a lot of momentum. The big lesson I’ve learned as I’ve grown Envision Advisors is to focus on finding talented people who are in transition.  They’re great at what they do, but they’re ready for a change or want a better fit.  So, are you a talented person in the commercial real estate space looking for something new?  Let’s talk.

Why Should You Work with Envision Advisors?

Once we connect, we can go over the details of the ideas I have to shake up the industry and do things differently.  My number one goal is to provide a unique and amazing client experience.  How do we do that?  We create a supportive environment for brokers who come work for us.  We get great people on the bus, which will lead to great client interactions.  These two things go hand in hand.  

We can accomplish this in a unique way because we have the right infrastructure.  We’ve got processes and people in place: of the 16 people at our organization, 5 are full time agents and 11 are in non-agent roles.  We provide support to agents so they can focus on putting deals together, solving problems, and helping their clients.  

We have a very powerful marketing machine that’s the driver of our growth.  We don’t just connect with people and bring in clients and deals, we build brands to get our expertise out there.  Branding is incredibly important, and not many people in commercial real estate do it.  Through marketing, we’ve been able to create great media opportunities and meet amazing people: our YouTube show with Bigger Pockets brings us exposure to hundreds of thousands of people both locally and around the country.  Thanks to the show, my network has grown to include top professionals, funds, syndicators, operators, and lots of other people in the multi family space.  Putting all of this together, we’ve got the ingredients for a really good recipe.  

Next Steps
