You receive all of the proprietary systems and design packages with the flat fee consulting.
  2. Partnership Flip – ELVEATION works with you as a true partner as ELEVATION provides the capital to fund the project rehab while the client funds the purchase of the property. We put our money where our mouth is to align our collective interests.  You receive dedicated training every step of the way from deal analysis, project & contractor management, budgeting and preparing the property for sale. We charge a fee for the 3-4 month educational process and revenue share on the net profit upon sale of our joint project.
  3. ELEVATION Academy – The ELEVATION Academy stands out from national training programs by bringing clients Denver-centric instruction in the classroom, the field and two-panel sessions from investment and contracting professionals. Other competing for real estate investment training programs cost between $12K-$50K. The complete two-day ELEVATION Academy experience and post-ELEVATION Academy support is only $4K for one attendee or $7k for two attendees.
